Young Artist

Whilst TMO primarily consists of professional musicians, the orchestra has had a history of welcoming and nurturing exceptional young musicians. Deciding to officially title this support, TMO launched its Young Artist Program 2017, naming harpist Kate Moloney as our inaugural Young Artist. This program allows our young artists the opportunity to work in a professional setting, working side-by-side with friendly, experienced and encouraging musicians and management with many of these artists continuing into fruitful careers in music. Young artists for this program are selected by TMO Artistic Director and Executive Management.
