Join the principal string players of TMO for an afternoon of glorious music at the Leichhardt Town Hall. This exclusive special event will have a maximum of only 50 audience members in a premium, socially distanced concert. Mendelssohn’s remarkable string octet which was composed when he was just 16 years of age will be followed by Karl Jenkins’ colourful Palladio. This work is based on architect Palladio’s harmonious mathematical principles.
The performance will be followed by a chance to chat (from at least 1.5 metres) with the musicians while enjoying a complimentary drink and nibbles, all included in your ticket price.
This event will be recorded for later online presentation.
